	There are several ways of notifying an emergency physician that the patient under medical care has signed up a MEDWAP system so that his/her medical file essential data can be accessed easily. The main ones are as follows: MEDWAP card: it has been created to let the subscriber (who wishes to do so), keep on him/her a personal record providing in case of emergency vital information that will help an emergency physician establish a quick diagnosis. - The MEDWAP file access codes - The Subscriber’s name and address, names and addresses of people to contact in case of emergency, name and address of his/her attending physician, … These vital key elements have to be established together with his/her attending physician, in order to match the restrictive demands of emergency physicians. This card is available for the members who have definitely subscribed and paid their subscription. Those who have chosen to test the MEDWAP system for 2 months free of charge, will receive a printable document allowing them to hold all vital information that could be stored on a MEDWAP card. Following the 2 month free trial, and the subscription fee processed, the document will be replaced by a MEDWAP card.
