Check a MEDWAP file

You wish to check either your personal medical file or check a medical file because you are authorised to consult your patient’s medical file in case of emergency.
Make sure you have the following codes :
 ID (Identifiication) number/ User name
consultation code
You have been sent these codes by mail after your registration. They will have to be provided to access your file because they guarantee the privacy of data you will have access to.
We highly recommend you to respect the privacy and limit the file use to purely medical purposes.
